  • Venues are about one hour north of Richmond, 40 miles southeast of Fredericksburg, and  70 miles north of Hampton Roads. 
  • The area provides easy access to shopping, historic sites, wineries, a cidery, antiques, golf courses, and water activities galore -- places people want to visit!
  • The owners of Weddings at Rock Spring LLC and River Bliss Events and Rentals LLC are eager to help couples and their families/friends experience the fun and natural beauty this area of the commonwealth offers.
  • The inaugural Northern Neck Middle Peninsula Wedding Expo is Step One to making the Northern Neck-Middle Peninsula a sought-out wedding destination, which will have a positive impact on the local economy.
  • We are treating the Expo as a styled photo shoot as well. The hours would be from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., which will give us time to revamp what might need revamping inside to open the doors at 1 p.m. for registered guests. Please indicate if you are interested in participating in the styled shoot.
  • Please help us promote the Northern Neck Middle Peninsula Wedding Expo via your social media, newsletters, contacts, etc. Consider giving a discount to couples who book your services the day of or within a week of the Expo. Consider offering a raffle prize, hand out swag, or offer samples. Megan and I are serious about our mission to make this area a wedding destination, and I would love to hold the Northern Neck Middle Peninsula Wedding Expo annually. Megan and I appreciate your support and we welcome your input; we couldn't do this without you! 

 Vendor Package Options

  • Gold Sponsorships $250 
  • Gold Sponsors will have their logos placed on two-tone canvas SWAG bags given to the first 100 brides who register online before March 1, 2023, and to others while supplies last. Please send a hi-res image of your logo to carolyn@weddingsatrockspring.com.
  • Gold Sponsors' logos will be placed on the home page of the website and featured in a write-up on Meet the Gold Sponsors. The write up, supplied by the sponsor, will include the sponsor's logo and one photograph for which the sponsor must have the rights to publish.
  • Gold Sponsors' logos will be featured prominently in the Northern Neck Middle Peninsula Wedding Expo program.
  • Silver Sponsors $50
  • All vendors will have a listing (two categories, if needed) on the Northern Neck Wedding Expo's website under Participating Vendors. (I will add categories, as needed.)
  • All vendors will have a 6-foot round table at the Northern Neck Middle Peninsula Wedding Expo. You are free to decorate as you wish.  If you need space other than a round table, please let us know.
  • All vendors will have a listing(two categories, if needed) in the Northern Neck Wedding Expo program.
  • All vendors will receive names and contact information of all Northern Neck Middle Peninsula Wedding Expo's registered guests. 
  • Northern Neck Middle Peninsula Wedding Expo SWAG bags are quality canvas bags brides will want to keep and use to collect promotional materials vendors distribute during the Expo. If you want to include items in the bags, please send the items to me BEFORE March 1, 2023

 Vendor Registration

If you are interested in being a part of the FIRST Northern Neck Middle Peninsula Wedding Expo, please complete and submit the registration form, call me, Carolyn Berry, at (804) 750-4796, or send me an e-mail at carolyn@weddingsatrockspring.com. We will assign table space on a first-come, first-served basis once we have received your registration and payment. We reserve the right to limit the number of vendors per category. I will send an invoice to your e-mail address. 

VENDOR REGISTRATION

Sponsorship fees will pay for the SWAG bags, EXPO programs, and advertising.
